Our Story
Plant Uniform was born out of Ghetto Garden — a vibrant cultural club dedicated to empowering Black youth through eco-conscious living, spiritual growth, artistic expression, and education.
The brand was created by three brothers: Bakari, Amani, and Chataji Hankins. Bakari, being a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, while Amani and Chataji are current students continuing the family’s mission. Together, they merged their passion for sustainability, culture, and style to create Plant Uniform — a brand that turns purpose into wearable art.
